All surfaces in below areas are cleaned inside and outside as per Real Estate sanitation checklist-
*Bedroom
*Kitchen
*Oven (Only One Oven Is included)
*Bathroom
*Living Area
*Hallways and Entrances
*Laundry
*Skirting Board
*All inside windows and window tracks are cleaned. Applies; Total number of glass panels less than 15 including glass doors. Any extra window panels will be charged extra.
*All Floors are vacuumed swept and mopped whichever required.

Exclusions
-Pressure cleaning of patio or garage will need to be quoted separately and is not part of our vacate cleaning.
-Professional tiles and grout cleaning can be done at separate pricing
- Ceiling cleaning is not part of our vacate cleaning. This can be done only as per the customer requests provided easily removable stains and requires very basic clean.
