Welcome to Alliance Cleaning Services. By using our website (https://alliancecleaning.com.au) or booking any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you agree to accept and adhere to these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments made from time to time. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Definitions
- "Company," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Alliance Cleaning Services.
- "Client," "You," "Your" refers to the individual or business booking our services.
- "Services" refers to the cleaning services we provide, including but not limited to residential, commercial, carpet, end-of-lease, window cleaning, and NDIS cleaning.
3. Service Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings can be made via our website, phone call, or email.
- Your booking will be confirmed only after we provide you with a confirmation email or text message.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any bookings based on availability, location, or service requirements.
- Clients must provide accurate details, including property address, service requirements, and contact information.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices for services are subject to property size, service type, and cleaning requirements.
- A full quote will be provided before service confirmation.
- Payment must be made on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payments via cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
- Late payments may incur an interest fee of 2% per month.
- Any additional services requested on-site will be charged separately.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellation Policy: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of $50 applies for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services at no extra cost with 24 hours' notice.
6. Access to Property
- Clients must ensure our cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Failure to provide access (e.g., locked premises) will incur a $50 call-out fee.
- If parking fees are required, they will be added to the final invoice.
7. Scope of Services
- Our cleaners perform services as agreed in the booking confirmation.
- Any additional services requested on-site will be provided only if time permits and will incur additional charges.
- We do not clean hazardous or unsafe areas.
8. Bond Back Guarantee
- Our bond cleaning service includes a 48-hour bond back guarantee from the time of completion.
- If issues arise due to cleaning, clients must notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a re-clean of the problem areas at no extra cost.
- The guarantee does not cover areas that were not included in the initial service scope.
- Guarantee void if any third party interferes with the property after our cleaning service.
9. Client Responsibilities
- Secure pets and valuables before the service.
- Provide running water, electricity, and safe access to the property.
- Remove any fragile or valuable items before cleaning.
- Alliance Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damages or issues in the property.
10. Liability and Damages
We are fully insured for accidental damages caused during cleaning. Any claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We will not be held liable for:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Pre-existing stains, scratches, or damages.
- Loss of keys or items not related to our service.
11. Health and Safety
- Our cleaners adhere to strict health and safety standards.
- Clients must inform us of any hazardous materials or health risks in the property prior to the service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe.
12. Privacy Policy
All personal information provided during bookings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Western Australia.
